THE CHALLENGE

The main challenge encountered during the event was on 14 September, the scheduled setup day. Our technical team arrived at the venue as planned but had to wait several hours before the venue was made available for setup..

OUR SOLUTION

To minimize the impact of limited venue access during future events, our team will work with the event organizers and venue management to establish a clear and confirmed setup schedule before the event date, the team also worked into late night to enable us achieve complete setup and test run.

THE RESULTS

Despite the delayed venue access and the limited time available for setup and testing, our team successfully completed the required installation and system preparations within the available timeframe.

Through effective coordination, teamwork, and efficient deployment, the audio-visual systems were fully operational for the event. The event was delivered successfully, with the team maintaining the required technical standards throughout the program..
